About the Role

We're seeking a driven professional with an inclusive mindset to join our team as an Assistant Store Leader - Customer Experience & Outreach. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and delegate workload to ensure execution of plans and strategies across the store and in assigned areas.
  • Partner with the Store Leader to establish and communicate critical metrics and expectations within the store.
  • Coach, teach, train, recognize, and manage all aspects of performance and development for all store associates.
  • Focus on promoting and driving sales as they pertain to or are driven by the position and acting as the Leader on Duty (LOD).
  • Analyze results through reporting, translating numbers into actionable behaviors and goals to improve KPI results.
  • Ensure all customers are provided gracious, quick, and efficient service, setting expectations and modeling excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and the company.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent, Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
What We Offer

Competitive hourly rate: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay increases based on performance.

Additional compensation, including bonuses, sales incentives, and long-term incentives, may be available based on role.
