About the Role

The Kith Customer Experience Associate is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless in-store experience. As a concierge of sorts, you will be the customer's go-to person for all their needs, from greeting and assisting to providing product knowledge and recommendations.

Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with the Management team to receive overall responsibilities and directions on projects and tasks.
  • Greet, assist, and provide best-in-class customer service to all Kith customers.
  • Support the Client Advisors to ensure clients are receiving genuine and efficient service both during and after their store experience.
  • Under the direction of the Management team, efficiently complete cashier responsibilities, including cash handling, processing returns, and Mobile POS transactions.
  • Provide friendly, professional, and accurate service at the registers.
  • Partner with Management to execute action plans in the most efficient way possible.
  • Display expertise and familiarity of product knowledge, brand history, company policies, and store/company strategies.
  • Efficiently complete assigned tasks and responsibilities during each shift, which can be scheduled before, during, and after the store's hours of operations.
  • Assist in completion and accuracy of any/all operational tasks, as business needs dictate.
  • Support sales floor replenishment, stockroom organization, and the upkeep of visual standards, before, after, and during the store's hours of operations.
  • Partner with Management and Visual teams to maintain a visually appealing sales floor and ensure the brand's visual standards are always met.
  • Properly communicate sell-through to ensure product availability.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policy and procedures, including but not limited to availability and scheduling needs of the business.
  • Assist store management team with housekeeping responsibilities, including but not limited to dusting, sweeping, collection of trash, and other tasks traditionally associated with standard retail operations.
Special Projects/Tasks:
  • Aid during any Visual initiatives, as needed.
  • Efficiently aid in the execution of any cycle counts, physical inventories, or other inventory management tasks as required by the business.
Requirements

Experience:
  • 1+ year(s) experience in a retail sales position.
  • 1+ year(s) in customer service roles, preferred but not required.
  • 1+ year(s) in apparel, footwear, or luxury goods, preferred but not required.
Skills/Abilities:
  • Standing and walking for prolonged periods of time.
  • Lifting or moving up to 30 pounds.
  • Bending, twisting, reaching, and climbing ladders/step stools and other physical tasks related to standard retail operations.
  • Efficient time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
