About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a General Manager. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality products.
  • Oversee store operations, including inventory management, cost control, and customer relations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and corporate teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
