Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator I plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the creation, execution, and evaluation of diverse marketing initiatives. This includes managing print materials, digital communications, website content, trade show assets, and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Offer administrative support and assistance throughout the project lifecycle for various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Facilitate comprehensive event support, which includes assisting in the development of marketing materials for conferences and managing logistics such as ordering, packing, shipping, and tracking of event supplies.
  • Oversee the creation, approval, and dissemination of email communications directed at external clients.
  • Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established templates and producing print materials, web designs, and other marketing collateral.
  • Engage in additional departmental projects as required, collaborating effectively with the marketing team and undertaking various assigned tasks.
Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in marketing or a professional setting is required.
  • Familiarity with consumer marketing, particularly within the financial services sector, is advantageous.
Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in managing and negotiating project timelines and plans.
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal skills, collaborating well with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strategic thinker with adept problem-solving skills.

  • Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Wrike) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Design Programs is a plus but not mandatory.
Work Environment

This role is typically performed in a standard office setting. The physical demands outlined here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully fulfill the essential functions of this position. Regular attendance, effective communication, and the ability to stand, walk, sit, and use hands and fingers are required. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
