Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator I plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and evaluation of various marketing initiatives. This includes the creation of promotional materials, digital communications, web content, event materials, and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates administrative tasks and supports the coordination of marketing projects, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Provides comprehensive event support, including the development of marketing materials for conferences and managing logistics such as ordering and tracking materials.

  • Ensures brand consistency through the application of design templates and the production of marketing collateral and web pages.

Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
Experience
  • At least one year of experience in marketing or a related professional setting is required.
  • Familiarity with consumer marketing, ideally within the financial services sector.
Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple priorities.

Work Environment

This position is typically based in a standard office setting.
