Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator I plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and evaluation of diverse marketing initiatives, which encompass printed materials, digital communications, website content, trade show displays, and corporate presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitates administrative functions and supports the seamless execution of project phases across various marketing campaigns, ensuring timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Provides comprehensive event support, including the development of marketing materials for conferences and managing logistics such as ordering, packing, shipping, and tracking of event supplies.
  • Oversees the creation, approval, and dissemination of email communications directed at external stakeholders.
  • Ensures brand consistency through the application of established templates and the production of printed materials, web design, and other marketing collateral.
  • Engages in additional departmental projects as required, collaborating effectively with the marketing team and undertaking various assigned tasks.
Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is preferred.
Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience in marketing or a professional setting is required.
  • Familiarity with consumer marketing, ideally within the financial services sector.
Skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates strong project management capabilities and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Work Environment

Work is generally conducted in a standard office setting. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
