Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Front Desk Receptionist at Stohlman Subaru of Tysons.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Assist with greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department
  • Use effective communication skills to resolve customer inquiries
  • Act as a liaison between managers, salespersons, and service advisors

Requirements:

  • Superior customer service attitude
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced service industry is preferred
  • Positive energy and motivation to perform at a high standard
  • Quality communication, writing, and grammar skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to work within a team and maintain focus and attention to detail

Schedule:

We are currently looking to fill part-time shifts, including weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will have the availability to work alternating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
