As a Sports Account Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving our customer success strategy, building strong relationships with our clients, and identifying opportunities for upsell and renewal.

**Your Key Responsibilities:**

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and delivering business reviews that reflect the value they derive from our service.
Manage the implementation and onboarding process for new clients, driving upsell and renewal opportunities, and meeting and exceeding KPIs of client retention and sales targets.
Collaborate with cross-department teams to utilize industry insights and client feedback to enhance our platform, including product, support, marketing, and more.

**What We're Looking For:**

2-3 years of customer success/account management/equivalent role background, with a proven track record of driving sales and retention.
Experience in upsell and renewals, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
A passion for sports, with a daily interest in watching and discussing the latest games and trends.
The ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply, making you a trusted consultant for our clients.
Prior onboarding/project management experience, preferably in a SaaS company, with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
Willingness to frequently travel domestically and abroad, with a flexible attitude and a sense of adventure.

Experience in the sports industry and social media, with a deep understanding of the latest trends and challenges.
Knowledge of sports and media, with a keen eye for identifying opportunities and driving growth.
