Your Role: As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a remarkable experience by managing bookings, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and promoting our waxing services and products.

Qualifications: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is required.

Expectations: Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are essential. Weekend availability is necessary, with shifts scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays, including morning and afternoon options.

A Day in Your Role:

  • Promote and sell waxing services and products by effectively communicating their benefits
  • Book reservations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience
  • Create new guest profiles by gathering contact information and explaining our policies
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide relevant information
  • Communicate guest issues to management effectively
  • Maintain a clean and organized desk area

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
