The Sr. Media Experience Planner is a critical position that requires a unique blend of analytical and intuitive skills, marketing and consumer research experience, thoughtfulness, and effective communication skills. As a key member of the Havas Media Network team, you will contribute to the development and management of effective cross-channel media plans with inputs from Client Leadership and Strategic Communications Planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to championing Havas' unique approach for global clients to 'media planning +' in the form of Mx – emphasizing media experience versus media planning, which includes connection, context, and content.
  • Be instrumental in the Mx excellence and design optimal Mx guidelines for global clients across Havas countries.
  • Work closely with data and strategy communities as well as client leadership and specialists' teams.
  • Build relationships with creative/content stakeholders and key media owners to ensure optimized and innovative Mx recommendations for our global clients.
  • Ensure optimal Mx delivery for global clients in the countries, liaising with relevant internal specialist teams and ensuring processes are respected for local implementation.
  • Ensure audience planning and data integration from Mx brief to Mx measurement.
  • Ensure quality control on plan recommendation against Mx delivery.
  • Provide insightful post-campaign optimization.
  • Contribute to client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably with an Agency.
  • Professional experience in strategic planning.
  • Media, Brand.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for frequent contact with internal teams and the assisting of POV's, plan presentations, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and analysis in business writing.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to relate results to client business objectives.
  • Solid quantitative understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Possess a basic knowledge of strengths and weaknesses of each media type.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
  • Working knowledge and practical application of media research tools (IMS, MRI, Nielsen, ComScore, Simmons, etc.) with the ability to analyze syndicated research.
  • Effective time management skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to make independent decisions.
Qualifications & Languages
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or Advertising.

The salary range for this role is: $70 - $75K Annually.
