Sales Manager Job Description

Xerox is seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead a team of outside business-to-business (B2B) sales executives in the greater Northern, OH area. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding your team, managing the entire sales cycle, gaining new market share, and growing existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure target sales goals and profit objectives
  • Facilitate account development strategies on target accounts to drive net new business
  • Coach, train, and develop strategies to maximize market potential, grow net new business, and upsell in current client accounts
  • Manage daily/weekly sales activity by reviewing team performance pipeline and activity
  • Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience leading a profitable sales team
  • Office technology industry experience preferred
  • Technology sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and rapport building abilities
  • Willingness to take risks and try innovative, new approaches
