- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and company policies.
- Anticipate provider needs, supporting patient care and ensuring seamless operations.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
- Track and report daily scheduling metrics to inform business decisions.
- High School Diploma required, Associate Degree preferred.
- 2 years front office management experience, with prior healthcare/medical experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and willing to adapt to change.
