Government Sales Representative

Mary Kraft HR is seeking a highly motivated and organized Government Sales Customer Service professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the government sector while ensuring a seamless order processing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to government clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the order processing of government and special accounts, ensuring accurate and efficient processing from receipt to shipping.
- Research and identify new government business opportunities, bidding on contracts and quotes as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with government buyers, providing quotes and proposals as required.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
