Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will prepare a variety of meals tailored to our guests' preferences, including:

  • A diverse breakfast buffet featuring cold options.
  • A lunch buffet with an array of choices such as soups, salads, and hearty sandwiches.
  • A two-course dinner service that caters to both younger guests and adults with more sophisticated tastes.

At our bustling clubhotel, you will also contribute to the a la carte menu, serving both quick bites and gourmet meals to holidaymakers in the resort. This includes everything from casual lunch items to exquisite dinner selections.

As a Line Cook, you will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, taking direction while also demonstrating leadership skills when guiding junior kitchen staff. Your role will be hands-on, involving cooking alongside your team, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
