Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Autism Learning Collaborative (ALC). As an RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism in a clinic or home setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans to children with Autism.
  • Collect data daily on individualized functional goals for each client.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment in the clinic setting for staff members, clients, and parents receiving services.
  • Collaborate with treatment team members to ensure effective implementation of client protocols.
  • Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
  • Experience working with children with Autism or in a related field.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a variety of postures for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
