Position Summary
We are looking for a Healthcare Billing and Insurance Coordinator to become a part of our dedicated team. In this role, you will engage with clients to address inquiries related to billing, manage all necessary documentation for insurance claims, and gather essential information from clients. You will also support fellow Medical Billers with follow-up communications, liaise with healthcare providers to secure records, and meticulously document patient data. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, exceptional customer service abilities, and a willingness to engage in phone communications throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in submitting insurance claims through private insurers and government programs
  • Document and process all required forms from insurance providers
  • Guide patients through the billing and insurance process, ensuring all necessary forms and signatures are collected
  • Collaborate with healthcare facilities to gather charge information and billing specifics
  • Accurately input all billing and payment data into the system
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding payments as necessary
  • Manage phone inquiries, provide assistance to clients, take messages, and screen calls
  • Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
