As a Senior Analyst specializing in Competitor Intelligence, you will conduct in-depth research and provide valuable insights that inform our senior management's decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors, focusing on their product portfolios, financial health, and market strategies.
- Generate and present competitive insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy team on essential initiatives.
- Collect intelligence that enhances Workday's competitive advantage.
- Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships throughout the organization.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in SaaS market research and analysis.
Other Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise software applications landscape.
- Strong business acumen with the capability to leverage experience and research across various industries.
- Proactive approach with a readiness to engage in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated to take on increased responsibilities in a rapidly growing environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically (less than 20%).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in relevant industries such as Financial Services or Professional and Business Services is advantageous.
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annual base salary ranges for this position vary based on location. This role may also be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, along with annual stock grants. Compensation offers will be determined based on various factors including geography, experience, skills, job responsibilities, and business needs.
