Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Operations Manager:

- Manage daily financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

- Facilitate internal and external audits, maintaining productive relationships with auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to enhance business decisions.
- Examine market dynamics, competitor activities, and economic indicators impacting the organization.
- Assist in financial modeling and due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify financial risks and develop strategies for mitigation.
- Establish robust internal controls to protect company assets.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to fulfill departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications for the Senior Financial Operations Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Manager or comparable position.
- In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles, and analytical techniques.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong leadership qualities and team management skills.
- Effective communication and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet stringent deadlines.
