  • Oversee the formulation and execution of the annual budget, manage recruitment and retention strategies, and ensure high levels of client and employee satisfaction.
  • Guide the sales and marketing initiatives to align with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, along with a minimum of two years of relevant business experience.
  • The ability to work autonomously while exercising sound judgment.
  • Availability for on-call responsibilities outside of standard office hours.
  • Experience in sales or human resources is advantageous.
