ChampionX is Seeking an Automation Technician / Journeyman Electrician

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical assistance to clients under general supervision
  • Identify and rectify electrical issues utilizing expert knowledge in the electrical field
  • Install Spirit Smarten Controllers and associated equipment
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks and maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
  • Work collaboratively with other teams and trades to complete projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the department
Essential Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Oklahoma Journeyman Electrician License
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven ability to independently manage moderately complex tasks
  • Strong customer service skills and proficiency in training others
  • Knowledge of appropriate hand tool usage, wiring, and cabling
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and adherence to company policies
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in diverse environments
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • This role involves safety-sensitive responsibilities and may require drug testing
  • Physical demands include lifting, climbing, and balancing
  • Exposure to various indoor and outdoor working conditions
