Job Description:


We are currently in search of an Inventory Control Specialist / Driver to work on-site.


Position Summary:
This role involves performing administrative tasks to support inventory accuracy. You will address routine inquiries and maintain open lines of communication with various departments. Responsibilities include receiving all materials delivered to the company, organizing inventory within the warehouses, and logging kit picking and miscellaneous issues into the system while maintaining necessary documentation. Regular cycle counts will be performed to ensure inventory accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:
- Receive, inspect, and categorize incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain precise inventory records using relevant software.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate orders to replenish inventory as necessary.
- Ensure proper storage of all stock in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.

Order Processing:
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels.
- Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Driving Duties:


- Operate company vehicles to load shelves and deliver goods safely and punctually.

- Verify shipment and delivery accuracy.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of vehicles.
- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations.

Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and delivery logs.
- Assist in generating reports on stock levels, order statuses, and vehicle usage.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners.

Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or inventory management are advantageous.
- Proven experience in inventory management and/or driving roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to safely lift and move heavy items.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and driving.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to handle tools and equipment safely.

Work Environment:
- Work is conducted in both a stock room and on the road.
- May involve exposure to various weather conditions while driving.
- Compliance with safety protocols and use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
