Job Description:
This individual will contribute to the company's success by performing a variety of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly rework operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products. The ideal candidate must be capable of following an engineered assembly process and maintaining consistent quality and productivity levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a range of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly operations on mechanical assemblies, sub-assemblies, or end products in a repetitive nature
  • Perform hand soldering on electronic assemblies
  • Follow an engineered assembly process
  • Maintain consistent quality and productivity levels
  • Train and mentor other assemblers when required
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team
Requirements:
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
  • IPC-7711 certification
Preferred Skills:
Previous assembly skills and strong mechanical background
Strong Mechanical Background
Ability to identify problems and contribute to process improvements through lean manufacturing skills
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment
IPC 7721

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $37,800 - $66,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
