Job Summary

Oceaneering Technologies (OTECH) is seeking a highly skilled Facility Security Officer to oversee industrial security operations within the company's OTECH Division. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with Federal Government and company security policies and procedures, as outlined in the National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM).

Key Responsibilities

Perform specialized security functions to ensure company compliance with customer regulations and contract requirements.
Coordinate and monitor security aspects of the DOD and other industrial security programs and security activities.
Maintain personnel security records and databases, facilitating security clearance investigations and access termination procedures.
Provide prime/sub-contractor security support and direction, including the development and maintenance of DD254s and security guidance.

Requirements

Active security clearance at Secret level is required, Top Secret preferred.
At least 5 years of work experience in industrial security as a Facility Security Officer.
In-depth knowledge of the NISPOM, DoD SAP Manuals, ICDs, and TEMPEST.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to operate independently with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Certificate of completion for the FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities course.
Additional professional certifications and supplemental training in DoD/DCSA and customer-sponsored professional security courses within the security career path are desirable.
