Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at the Defense Contract Management Agency. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a risk-based surveillance program and assessment plan associated with the quality assurance provisions of contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designs/implements/maintains a risk-based surveillance program and assessment plan associated with the quality assurance provisions of contracts.
  • Identifies opportunities for process improvements by analyzing data.
  • Ensures contractor compliance with design, manufacturing, repair, overhaul, and modernization requirements.
  • Independently audits/surveys contractor processes to ensure compliance with customer/contractual requirements.
  • Investigates customer complaints/concerns about contractor quality performance and processes which impact user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position.
  • Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement.
  • Education Substitution: Such education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
