Job Title: Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain quality procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Lead the Quality Inspection team to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • Interface with design and manufacturing teams to ensure that testing needs are met.
  • Develop and implement tools for QMS data automation.
  • Support Lean initiatives and oversee vendor qualification.
  • Assist engineering in interpreting UL or IEC requirements, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • 5 years of Quality Control experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science.
  • Deep understanding of ISO 9001, IEC, and UL Regulations.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in an electronic manufacturing industry.
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
