Key Responsibilities:- Lead the development and implementation of our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain quality procedures, and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Lead the Quality Inspection team to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Interface with design and manufacturing teams to ensure that testing needs are met.
- Develop and implement tools for QMS data automation.
- Support Lean initiatives and oversee vendor qualification.
- Assist engineering in interpreting UL or IEC requirements, and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.
- 5 years of Quality Control experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related science.
- Deep understanding of ISO 9001, IEC, and UL Regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in an electronic manufacturing industry.
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer.
