This is an exciting opportunity to join the Allstate Peterbilt Group team as a Territory Truck Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for helping prospective and existing truck customers make both new and used commercial truck purchases.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with trucking customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present the vast number of value-added services and products offered by Allstate Peterbilt, including industry-leading truck sales and service.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trucking industry trends and Peterbilt truck models to provide expert advice to customers.
- Work with sales customers to manage truck sales details, including specifications, scheduling, sales orders, pricing, and more.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current on industry developments and company policies.
- Strong work ethic with excellent self-discipline and time management skills.
- Outgoing personality and desire to meet new people.
- Reasonable mechanical knowledge with the ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of trucks and trucking is a benefit.
- Customer relations experience within the Trucking Industry or a related industry.
- Exceptional Customer Service Orientation.
- A desire for unlimited earning potential.
- A record of success in past positions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
- Some travel is required.
- Commercial driver's license or ability to obtain one preferred.
