Job Title: Channel Business Manager

At Hirsch, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Business Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of the SMB/OEM/Distribution channel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate, onboard, and manage regional representative firms
  • Support OEM reader partners in collaboration with product management, focusing on sales support, project management, and forecasting
  • Provide corporate support for the PSA Security Network
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Hirsch's market presence and enhance relationships with SMB, OEM, and distribution partners
Requirements:
  • High-School Graduate or GED Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related technical field is highly desired
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly disciplined and focused with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact and present confidently to C-suite executives and team members at all levels
