Job Summary

Heritage Environmental Services is seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Tank Farm Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our tank farm facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that Health and Safety is the top priority in all aspects of tank farm operations, adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Vehicle Operations: Drive and operate a standard day cab with a tanker or box van, ensuring safe and compliant operation of the vehicle.
  • Tank Farm Maintenance: Maintain a safe and compliant operation of the tank farm and associated areas, including cleaning up work areas.
  • Waste Management: Unload and prepare hazardous and non-hazardous waste for transfer to the incineration process.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Three years of CDL Class A Driving experience required.
  • Knowledge and Abilities: This is a safety-sensitive position, requiring the ability to work in a constant state of alertness. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, and be clean-shaven at all times. Must be able to work all shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when necessary. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Certifications: Class A CDL with X-endorsement required.
