Job Summary

Heritage Environmental Services is seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our incinerator and other plant equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of pumps, valves, and piping.
  • Coordinate with other departments to minimize production downtime and ensure efficient equipment operation.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting maintenance problems and implementing solutions.
  • Perform PMs on plant mechanical equipment and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and E&I teams to develop and implement maintenance plans.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance.
  • Technical schooling in mechanical discipline or related field.
  • General knowledge of rotary kiln and RCRA disposal operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
