Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of F&B outlet operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through prompt and courteous service, high-quality food and beverages, and a clean and welcoming environment.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
- Staff Management: Supervise and train F&B staff to ensure they meet high standards of quality, service, and safety.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and storage to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and monitor loss prevention measures to minimize theft and shrinkage.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to inform business decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Food and Beverage Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to multitask and prioritize, and experience with inventory management and loss prevention.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification and any other relevant certifications.
- Competitive Salary: $75,000 per year.
