HCM Business Development Specialist

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join our team as an HCM Business Development Specialist. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in California.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of sales experience in payroll or related industry, with a proven track record of success. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
You will work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to secure new clients. Your primary goal will be to achieve monthly and annual sales quotas, while also providing exceptional customer service and support to our existing clients.
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client companies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and leverage each other's strengths.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to remain competitive.
- Assist in the implementation and onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of sales experience in payroll or related industry.
- Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
