As a Store Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the retail experience. You will oversee the operations and sales performance of your store, ensuring that operational standards are met. This position requires strong leadership capabilities to guide the sales team towards achieving financial success. Your responsibilities will include coaching the team to meet sales targets, maintaining high customer service standards, managing inventory and cash flow, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

We are committed to attracting top-tier talent, which is why we offer competitive compensation in the wireless retail sector. Store Leaders who meet or exceed expectations can earn an average of $30,000 annually in bonuses, with top performers potentially earning up to $50,000 in bonuses after their first year, in addition to a base salary.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
  • Achieve sales targets and service performance metrics.
  • Promote a positive culture for both employees and customers.
  • Manage inventory levels and minimize losses.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales associates.
  • Conduct weekly meetings to enhance sales and product knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company merchandising and operational standards.
  • Adapt to business needs by working at various locations as required.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions.
  • Provide market feedback to leadership regarding competition and customer needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Regularly report to work as scheduled.
  • Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
  • Store Managers typically work 40 hours per week.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of management experience in retail wireless.
  • Three or more years of sales or customer service experience in telecommunications or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to effectively utilize and teach wireless technology and services.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Well-developed planning and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and retail systems.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders on broader initiatives.

Compensation Range: $39,520 - $69,520 annually
