As a Store Leader, you will be pivotal to the retail experience, guiding your store and sales team. You will oversee operational standards and sales objectives, necessitating strong leadership capabilities. Your role will involve coaching the sales team to achieve financial success by meeting or surpassing sales targets, ensuring customer service excellence, managing inventory and cash flow, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
We are committed to attracting top-tier talent, which is why we provide competitive compensation in the wireless retail sector. Store Leaders who meet or exceed expectations can earn an average of $30,000 annually in bonuses, with top performers potentially earning $50,000 or more in bonuses after their first year, alongside a base salary of $39,520 per year. Bonus opportunities are tied to market-specific sales goals.

Duties & Responsibilities of an AT&T Wireless Store Leader:
- Oversee daily operations of an AT&T Authorized Retail Store.
- Achieve sales targets and service performance standards.
- Promote a positive culture for both employees and customers.
- Manage inventory levels and minimize cash shrinkage.
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Sales Advocates.
- Implement disciplinary actions for Sales Advocates as needed, in accordance with company policies.
- Conduct weekly staff meetings to enhance sales and product knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with AT&T and company merchandising standards.
- Adapt to work in various locations as business needs arise.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features.
- Stay informed about competitive offers and provide market feedback to the Area Sales Leader.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Report to work consistently and punctually.
- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
- Store Managers typically work 40 hours per week, averaging 8 hours per day.
Qualifications for AT&T Wireless Store Leaders:
- Minimum of two years of retail wireless management experience.
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer service experience in telecommunications or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to effectively use and teach others about wireless technology and services.
