Practice Coordinator

Yale School of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Practice Coordinator to manage the daily operations of our clinical and administrative activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing programs, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest quality of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage staffing needs, job posting requirements, salary guidelines, and labor agreement interpretations for exempt and non-exempt staff.
- Provide administrative support and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and financial analyses.
- Manage facilities, including office space, workstations, equipment, and office supplies.
- Coordinate training sessions and ensure compliance with University and federal regulations.
- Assess and make recommendations regarding staff development and staffing levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field and three years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Well-developed leadership and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
