Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Store Manager who exemplifies the essence of GNC's commitment to health and wellness. This role is pivotal in overseeing the daily retail functions of the GNC store while collaborating closely with the District Manager. As a Store Manager, you will significantly influence the store's financial performance and foster a positive environment for team development and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to assist them in selecting the right products, leveraging your extensive product knowledge to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong alignment with GNC's Vision and Values.
  • Achieve and surpass personal sales targets while mentoring sales associates to reach their potential.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and management skills, providing ongoing feedback to team members, and overseeing recruitment and performance evaluations.
  • Stay informed about new product trends and ensure team members are well-trained in product knowledge.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the retail location, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Order merchandise and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels in accordance with GNC standards.
  • Ensure accurate delivery of all merchandise to the store.
  • Complete omni-channel orders promptly and in compliance with company protocols.
  • Maintain awareness of all store communications, including product details, promotions, and marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask, analyze situations, and make informed decisions while adhering to deadlines.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to uphold GNC's policies and procedures.

Additional Information

Base Hourly Rate: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

This range represents the anticipated hourly rate based on various factors including experience and location. The base hourly rate is part of GNC's competitive total rewards strategy.
