Role Overview:

Your primary responsibilities will include working collaboratively with fellow volunteers in various capacities, either on the sales floor or in the stockroom. You will be instrumental in sorting and preparing donations, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organizing and managing incoming stock, including clothing, footwear, and toys.
  • Assisting with the preparation of items for sale, including tagging and steaming garments.
  • Engaging with customers who bring in donations, providing a friendly and helpful service.
  • Maintaining a tidy and inviting shop environment.
  • Recording donation drop-offs and promoting Gift Aid to customers.
