Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to assist them in selecting the right products and provide tailored recommendations based on their needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to GNC's Vision and Values.
  • Achieve and surpass personal sales targets while guiding sales associates to reach their potential.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills, including providing ongoing feedback to associates and managing recruitment and performance.
  • Stay informed about new product trends and ensure associates are trained in product knowledge.
  • Manage the opening and closing of the retail facility, including cash handling and inventory management.
  • Order merchandise and supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels, adhering to GNC guidelines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of omni-channel orders in line with company policies.
  • Maintain awareness of all store communications, including product information and marketing initiatives.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and make informed decisions in a detail-oriented manner.
  • Collaborate with Loss Prevention to uphold GNC's policies and procedures.

Base Hourly Rate: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour

The base hourly rate range represents the anticipated hourly rate range. The actual hourly rate offered depends on various factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
