Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Services Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our clients and internal teams. This role involves providing front-line service, managing correspondence, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answer phone calls and respond to voicemails promptly
  • Log and process all incoming mail, including letters, packages, and emails
  • Coordinate client interactions, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Provide administrative support to case managers, paralegals, and attorneys
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. Benefits include: 401(k), 401(k) matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and vision insurance.
