Client Service Delivery Manager

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
The Assistant Client Manager role at Fieldstone Architecture & Engineering is a dynamic position that requires a strong organizational skillset and excellent communication abilities. In partnership with the Client Manager, this individual will coordinate with Architects, Designers, and Technicians to ensure project quality and effective client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Focus: Define scope of work (project brief), assist in creation of client proposals, budgets, and invoicing, communicate client standards, overall project quality control, project set-up, file, and folder preparation, project discipline coordination, communicate client redlines to team, assist in preparation and execution of consultant contracts, responsible for communication with vendors and contractors, support procurement for projects, project discipline coordination of small/quick turn projects, assist client manager in external communications, including email triage, work with client manager to get signed add-services, participate in and manage client bi-weekly meetings.
- Leadership: Foster and maintain a collaborative professional working relationship with project teams, mentor project teams/designers on client standards and means and methods, assist in developing and validating project scope and fee, budget, and scope of services, consistently provide complete and timely communication of project information to and from clients and project team, ensure design intent is consistent and properly executed, ensure construction detail documentation conforms to FAE Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process, work on developing a positive relationship of communication and trust with Clients and Clients representatives.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of design, design trends, construction methodology, material applications, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness, knowledge of architectural building systems as it coordinates with interior design, knowledge of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and process, knowledge of building codes and the ability to research and apply/incorporate that knowledge, advanced design, visual, and graphic presentation skills, CAD drafting skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, ability to work effectively with other project leaders and teams, ability to effectively meet deadlines, ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, including public speaking.
Required Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in interior design, 3+ years minimum of progressive experience in interior design with proven organizational skills.
