Job Summary

Motive Marketing Inc is seeking a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for client servicing, communication, and relationship development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and carrier contacts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and carriers, in collaboration with senior team members.
  • Prepare materials for presentations and lead open enrollment presentations.
  • Participate actively in client meetings and provide informal leadership or mentorship to junior team members.
Requirements
  • A comprehensive understanding of benefits administration, Health Care Reform, industry trends, carrier products, and services.
  • An ability to work independently and anticipate client and team needs.
  • Effective time management and decision-making skills.
  • Diligent follow-up skills.
  • Clear expression of ideas in both written and oral communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Commanding presentation and public speaking abilities.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
