Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage process service tasks, coordinate case intake, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

This role involves:

  • Managing process service tasks and ensuring timely completion;
  • Coordinating case intake and setting up new cases;
  • Responding to phone calls and emails in a professional manner;
  • Filtering and assigning emails to relevant team members;
  • Processing incoming documents and tasks from clients;
  • Receiving, processing, assigning, and managing case loads of legal service requests;
  • Communicating effectively with clients and staff regarding task progress and updates;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in process service or a related field;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to security protocols;
  • Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new processes and systems;
