The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years' experience in kitchen management, preferably in a high-volume, full-service restaurant with annual sales over $8 million. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and staff supervision. A competitive salary of $105,000 - $125,000, plus realized bonus, will be offered to the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of cooks and preparing meals to meet high standards of quality and presentation
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and supplies
  • Developing and implementing new recipes and menus
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service
