Position Overview:

Axiologic Solutions LLC is seeking a skilled Cost Analyst to enhance the Program Office's capabilities in managing expenses and invoicing processes. This role demands a proactive approach, critical thinking, and the ability to provide effective solutions to various challenges while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

· Facilitate the generation of invoices and oversee cost recovery activities with external partners, ensuring adherence to all relevant fiscal and audit regulations.

· Create detailed cost models and estimates based on comprehensive data analysis and total cost of ownership, providing timely updates for the Program Office's service catalog.

· Utilize Program Office tools to generate, distribute, and monitor the status of invoices for clients.

· Assist the Program Office in managing and allocating external Purchase Requests (PR) in collaboration with the CFO office.

· Monitor cost recovery related to services in accordance with Service Agreements and fulfillment of requirements.

· Maintain effective communication with Customer Points of Contact (POCs) regarding any changes in services or invoice reconciliations.

· Support the Service Agreement team in documenting customer requirements and associated costs as needed.

· Develop and implement processes for tracking and maintaining schedules related to invoices and cost recovery.

· Leverage Program Office software and tools to effectively manage the cost portfolio.

· Provide assistance to the Program Office and team as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Active/current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to pass a CI Polygraph.
  • 10 years of experience, with at least 7 years in the financial sector; experience within the DoD or Intelligence Community is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of engaging with customers, team members, and leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation.
  • Outstanding problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

· Capability to manage a high volume of tasks and projects independently.

· Familiarity with Service Now and/or Proven Optics is preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools, with a willingness to learn new software and systems.

Travel Requirements:

· Occasional travel may be necessary within the Washington National Capital Region for customer or corporate needs.

Level of Responsibility:

This role involves exercising discretion and independent judgment concerning administrative and operational requirements.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the designated Task Order Lead at Axiologic Solutions.

Supervision Level:

The supervisor establishes overall objectives and available resources. The employee is responsible for planning and executing assignments, resolving conflicts, coordinating with others, and interpreting policies independently, while keeping the supervisor informed of progress and significant issues.

Work Environment:

This position operates in a professional office setting, routinely utilizing standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones.

· Regular communication within a team environment is essential.

· The role requires the ability to type and perform work functions for extended periods, with frequent transitions between sitting, standing, and walking.

· This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on-site, Monday through Friday, within standard contract hours.
