Production Assembler

As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for ensuring that each assembly task begins with a verified first piece that meets established quality standards. You will follow in-process inspection protocols, visually check the quality of your work, and confirm that all inspections are properly documented.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assembly operations safely, adhering to prescribed safety methods as directed by your supervisor or team leader.
- Efficiently assemble sub-assemblies and final products according to standardized manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with cycle times and production goals.
- Maintain a safe work environment, which may include working in confined spaces and handling mechanical tools and equipment.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including eye protection, hearing protection, safety footwear, and gloves when necessary.
This role is situated in a union facility where overtime may be required. You will be expected to report any faulty operation of tools and equipment to your supervisor and adhere strictly to factory regulations and safety protocols.
Qualifications:- A High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work overtime on a daily or weekly basis is essential.
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and oral communication) is required.
