About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team in the Lexington Production Plant. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our marine propulsion products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install components to exacting specifications to achieve a functional end product meeting quality standards.
  • Operate various production equipment, including air-operated hand-held fastener torqueing tools, multi-spindle torqueing tools, bridge cranes, manipulators, special assembly fixtures, leak-test equipment, and quality checking tools.
  • Inspect material for conformance to specifications.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent required.
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
