Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain, set up, and adjust production machinery in accordance with established safety protocols and industry standards.
- Accurately document production data following standard operating procedures.
- Verify and manage material counts for production lines, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in training new team members.
- Oversee serialization processes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Engage in constructive feedback sessions to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is mandatory; an Associate's degree is preferred for certain roles.
