Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Specialist

Position Overview: We are currently in search of skilled Manufacturing Assembly Specialists to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations, focusing on the assembly and packaging of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain assembly machinery while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Document production metrics accurately and consistently in compliance with established procedures.
- Ensure material counts are verified and manage returns and transfers as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist in training new team members.
- Oversee serialization processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma is required; an Associate's degree is preferred for certain roles.
- Experience in assembling and operating manufacturing equipment is essential.
- Strong attention to detail with a solid understanding of regulatory and safety practices.
- Ability to lift weights ranging from 25 to 65 lbs as necessary.
- Flexibility to adapt to shift changes and assist in various departments as required.
- Willingness to comply with safety equipment requirements.
