Candidate Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, innovative, and committed to enhancing the experience of our clients.

Position Responsibilities:

  • The Compliance and Site Conditions Assistant will report directly to the onsite General Manager and Associate Manager.
  • Compliance Duties:
  • Familiarize yourself with the Association's Architectural, Unit maintenance, parking, and other regulations, along with the enforcement standards set by the Board of Directors.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property, both scheduled and unscheduled, to identify and document conditions, violations, and necessary corrections using our user-friendly management software.
  • Issue citations for parking violations and coordinate with the necessary services for enforcement.
  • Manage compliance records and ensure all matters are documented accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate compliance statuses to owners and provide clear explanations regarding rules and enforcement procedures.
  • Attend monthly Architectural Committee Meetings and assist in documenting actions and requests.
  • Site Condition Duties:
  • Perform inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are met.
  • Maintain the integrity of the property by addressing minor issues as they arise.

General Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide professional communication with homeowners, tenants, and management staff.
  • Assist with office tasks as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
  • Support the setup and breakdown of events in communal areas.
  • Contribute ideas for newsletter topics relevant to your responsibilities.
  • Perform additional duties as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a role involving administrative and customer service tasks.
  • Experience in customer service or patrol roles is preferred.
  • Previous experience in HOA or multi-family property management is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Possess a positive and responsible demeanor.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Capability to walk for up to two hours.
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
