Finance Systems Administrator

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and processing of assigned accounting/finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the administration, ongoing maintenance, and processing of assigned system, including defining requirements, ensuring system integration, and coordinating timely submission of data with various departments.
- Update database tables and key control files, set system parameters according to established procedures, and review system output for accuracy.
- Participate in system processing changes, develop and maintain system procedures and documentation, and serve as the primary contact for problem resolution.
- Coordinate activities with the IT department, including scheduling, troubleshooting, and system balancing, and respond to user inquiries regarding system usage and problems.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of accounting financial system analysis experience.
- Proficiency with PC skills, intermediate knowledge of MS 365 (Excel, Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote).
- Strong experience with financial consolidation systems (Oracle ERP, as well as Oracle EPM).
