Curo Pet Care is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the management of our veterinary practices in the San Diego and Orange County areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary or medical operations, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
The Regional Hospital Administrator will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing regional strategic plans, including marketing and financial management
- Oversight of practice-level managers, including HR, bookkeeping, and OSHA compliance
- Implementation of non-medical protocols and staff training
- Coordination and oversight of new multi-doctor practices in the region
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of leadership and management, with expertise in HR, finance, marketing, and facilities management. A CVPM certification is a plus.
